This info session covers international and national funding opportunities for postdoctoral fellowships with a particular focus on the Marie Sklodowska Curie Actions Fellowships funded by the European Commission and the main national funding programmes from the Austrian Science Fund (FWF).

Borna Doracic
Dr. Borna Doracic has 9 years of experience in implementing EU funded projects. He worked on 3 Horizon2020 collaborative projects, being responsible for the project implementation (as a WorkPackage leader – scientific part), as well as the project management (technical and financial reporting). He has additionally worked on 1 Interreg Danube project, where he was a member of the coordinating team and responsible for implementing all the project tasks, as well as technical and financial reporting. Apart from that he also coordinated writing of 2 Interreg Danube proposals, 3 Horizon2020 proposals, as well as participated in numerous other proposal developments. Therefore he has significant experience of working on different EU funded programs as a researcher, as well as a project manager. Additionally, since 2021, he is advising researchers at the University of Vienna on EU funding, both from the pre-award and post-award side and is currently involved in one Horizon Europe Twinning project.
