• Understanding the basics of design thinking: We delve into the origins, approach and principles of design thinking – and use vivid examples to see how the method works in practice. This creates a common basis for creative work and effective solutions.
• Discovering customer needs: We learn to identify genuine customer needs – through targeted observation, interviews and research methods. This gives us valuable insights into the expectations and challenges of our target groups.
• Designing creative solutions: Using various creative methods, we develop unusual, bold ideas as a team. Initial prototypes bring these ideas to life and create a basis for feedback and further development.
• Testing & Refining: Once the prototype has been built, it's time for the testing phase: we gather targeted feedback from users to confirm strengths and identify weaknesses. Through repeated adaptation and refinement, an initial idea is transformed into a mature, user-centred solution.
