Goals

The PhD students will learn helpful tips on how to document, store and share their research data during their dissertation project as well as ways to preserve and share data long-term. The course will introduce tools and services for Research Data Management and digital preservation offered at the University of Vienna.

Research Data Lifecycle; Data Management Planning; Data Organisation and Documentation; File Formats; Archiving and Repositories; Data Management Services at the University of Vienna
