Visibility is one of the key ingredients for researchers to enhance their careers. However, gaining visibility is time-consuming. What if we offered you the opportunity to invest half a day and develop a state-of-the-art researcher profile?

The research information system u:cris offers various opportunities for employees of the University of Vienna to present their research achievements. Participants will familiarise themselves with the system, including the backend and portal, and its functions. With a focus on personal profile settings, such as linking with ORCID and the assignment of SDGs, the CV module and the entry of publications, and activities, participants can implement new skills immediately.

In addition, the different presentation options such as the portal, the TYPO3 plug-in, and the ORCID profile will be highlighted. Taking career mobility into account, participants will also learn how they can reuse their data for the next step in their career.
