Students and university teachers are diverse and bring different perspectives, experiences and learning approaches to university courses. Lecturers are facing the task of doing justice to this heterogeneity on the one hand and integrating it gainfully into the course on the other. In the workshop "Diversity in Teaching – how to create a diversity-friendly learning environment", participants will look at how fair framework conditions can be created for all students and how individual learning approaches can be supported. In addition, they will question themselves in their role as lecturers, scrutinize their own teaching practice with regard to unconscious assumptions and learn how to implement anti-bias strategies.
